Seven West Media’s Chief Commercial Officer Henry Tajer is stepping down from his role, effective from the end of June. He will have served in the role for just five months, having been appointed full-time in the role at the end of January 2025.

Initially, Tajer joined Seven as a consultant in August 2024. He will now transition back into working with Seven in a consulting arrangement.

Until a replacement is appointed, National Television Sales Director Katie Finney will work alongside National Digital Sales Director Jordan King.

Droga5 ANZ, part of Accenture Song, has promoted Kezia Quinn from General Manager to Principal Director of the agency’s Sydney office.

Quinn has led major accounts and integrated campaigns across Australia, the UK, and global markets. Her portfolio includes standout work for NRMA Insurance, Telstra, Qantas, the Commonwealth Bank and O2.

She joined The Monkeys (now Droga5) in 2017 and appointed General Manager in January 2022. Quinn has played a pivotal role in guiding the agency through its integration with Accenture and its transformation into Droga5 ANZ.

Stephen de Wolf returns to Clemenger BBDO as National Chief Creative Officer

Under her leadership, the agency rebranded redefined its strategic positioning within Accenture Song.

Clemenger BBDO has appointed Stephen de Wolf as National Chief Creative Officer after 10 months as Chief Creative Officer of BMF De Wolf brings with him a global track record of award-winning creativity and a deep connection to the agency’s brand.

He returns to Clemenger BBDO where he produced some of the most defining work of his career, including the iconic ‘Meet Graham’ campaign for the Transport Accident Commission – one of the most awarded campaigns in the world.

“This is the agency that defined me. Now I get to be part of the team redefining it,” said de Wolf. “Coming back feels like coming home to the place where I’ve done some of my most meaningful work, with people who believe in creativity’s power to move culture and drive results.”

After almost three decades with Clemenger Group, current CEO Les Timar is set to step down.

Timar has decided that this is the right time for new leadership, with BBDO Worldwide and Omnicom indicating interest in acquiring the remaining employee-owned shares in Clemenger Group.

Adrian Ciabotti, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, will lead Clemenger Group and support its agencies on an interim basis, with BBDO Worldwide to make further announcements in due course.

Timar initially joined Clemenger Group in 1998 when it acquired a majority stake in the company he co-founded, which evolved to become GRACosway. He served for many years as the CEO of GRACosway, the Group’s highly successful trans-Tasman public affairs and strategic communications firm.

Banijay Rights has named Lottie Wilson as Vice President for Australia and New Zealand, as the company strengthens its presence across the region.

Based in Sydney, Wilson will oversee sales strategy and manage the exploitation of Banijay’s 205,000-hour global catalogue across both markets.

Wilson joins from BBC Studios, where she most recently served as Head of Acquisitions, Branded Services, ANZ. Since 2015, she held various senior roles focused on acquisitions and strategic direction for the company’s branded content services in the region.

Havas Red has promoted content creator, and TV personality Tina Provis to Senior Influencer Specialist, to drive the agency’s influencer marketing offering.

The move signals the agency’s commitment to building more transparent, trusted, and impactful brand-creator partnerships at scale, while reinforcing the critical intersection of earned and influencer media in shaping authentic, reputation-led campaigns.

Provis, who joined Havas Red in 2019, has built a dual career across agency and entertainment, and her promotion sees her in a strategic leaning role.

Provis brings a unique value to her team and clients both as a seasoned PR executive and an active content creator – known for appearances on Love Island and I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here – and lived experience in building creator communities, shaping authentic brand narratives, and navigating the evolving social media and creator landscape.

oOh!media has created a Product Sales and Partnerships specialist team lead by Mel Duffy, in the newly created role of head of product and sales partnership.

The new of 11 team will report to chief product and marketing officer, Bel Harper, whose remit has brought marketing, creative and innovation hub POLY and product and partnerships together to increase customer centricity and simplify oOh!’s value propositions.

Duffy brings over 20 years of experience to the new role of head of product sales and partnerships, spanning business development, client leadership, investment, strategy and managing high performing teams.

With extensive agency knowledge and a previous stint at oOh!, She has worked at leading agencies including Hearts and Science, Mindshare, Mediacom, Carat and was most recently client partner on IAG at Initiative.

The product sales and partnerships team includes Jamie Gill and Chloe Swinton (Airport and Office); Bill Athanassiou and Samantha Stewart (Street Furniture and Rail); Donna Tauro and Jessica MacDonald (Retail); Jenna D’Auvergne and Brittany Simpson (Large Format); Nicole Pennells and Sophie Bray (Partnerships).

ARN has announced that former Today presenter Alex Cullen is joining The Christian O’Connell Show on Melbourne’s GOLD104.3.

In the announcement, ARN referred to Cullen’s new role as the ‘resident sports guru.’

Cullen and his family (he’s the father of three kids) will relocate to Melbourne from Sydney to take on the new role.

Nine Radio has appointed Amanda Unwin as Sydney Director for Nine Audio Sales, effective from July.

The move is part of a broader restructure aimed at strengthening Nine’s commercial offering across its audio portfolio, as the company continues to invest in radio and digital audio as key pillars of its cross-platform sales strategy.

Unwin will report directly to Brian Gallagher, Nine’s Commercial Director – Audio, and play a central role in implementing Nine’s new audio sales model in Sydney.

Droga5 ANZ, part of Accenture Song, has promoted Creative Directors Christie Cooper and James Conner to Executive Creative Directors.

Cooper and Conner were part of the team behind the recent Grand Clio-winning Benee Bagels campaign for ASB. Along with picking up metal at all the major shows, their work has influenced legislation, been cited in academic research, and made a lasting mark on culture.

Under the direction of Co-Chief Creative Officers Barbara Humphries and Damon Stapleton, the agency also promoted Associate Creative Directors Lennie Galloway, Thomas Gledhill, Max Rapley and Danny Pattison, to Creative Directors – reinforcing Droga5’s commitment to nurturing talent and delivering world-class creativity across the region.

Bonfire has launched its creative offering with Luke Williams returning to the independent agency in the newly created Creative Director position.

The new creative services offering comes after 24 years of driving digital performance for some of WA and Australia’s most recognised brands.

Williams returns to the agency as its new Creative Director comes after eight years working with other agencies and leading campaigns for local and national clients.

He said he was looking forward to the challenge and said: “I’m stoked to be back. I’ve already been completely blown away by the brains in this place and cannot wait to start infusing them with a creative product.”

Andrew Roszko has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of JAGGAER, formerly SciQuest, the provider of cloud-based business automation technology.

Roszko brings more than 25 years of executive leadership across the supply chain, SaaS, and enterprise technology sector.

He was recently Chief Commercial Officer at Descartes Systems Group and helped transform the company from a $40 million business into a global supply chain leader with over $700 million in revenue.
