The premium SUV brand partners with the IRONMAN Oceania Triathlon Series across six Australian locations.

JAECOO has been named the Official Motor Vehicle Partner for the 2025 IRONMAN Oceania Triathlon Series, marking a significant move in the brand’s Australian market strategy.

The partnership spans six events across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia from May to December 2025, and includes vehicle integration and brand activation at each race.

As part of the agreement, JAECOO will serve as both Official Motor Vehicle Partner and Official Supplier.

This move aligns with JAECOO’s broader brand positioning that targets premium, purpose-driven activations. The triathlon series provides a direct channel to a sport-focused and engaged audience, further reinforcing the brand’s commitment to performance and endurance.

The announcement follows the recent appointment of actor and triathlete Daniel MacPherson as Mr JAECOO. MacPherson, a regular IRONMAN competitor, brings personal relevance to the partnership.

Roy Munoz, Chief Commercial Officer at JAECOO Australia, said the partnership was a natural fit: “IRONMAN triathlons represent the ultimate test of human strength, perseverance and ambition — values that perfectly align with JAECOO’s bold spirit. It’s a privilege to partner with such an iconic endurance series.”

Among the vehicle models to feature in the campaign is the J7 Super Hybrid System. Highlighting its long-range capability of 1,200 km and dual electric-hybrid mode, the model underscores the brand’s sustainability credentials alongside performance.

IRONMAN Group Vice President, Global Partnerships – Asia Pacific, Jeremy Kann, welcomed the partnership: “We look forward to seeing JAECOO on course at each event as we travel across the country together.”
