iProspect named media agency of record for TEG

The dentsu agency will lead TEG’s media strategy across its live entertainment brands.

iProspect, a dentsu company, has been appointed media agency of record for Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG), following a competitive pitch process.

The partnership will see iProspect lead overarching media strategy and planning for TEG’s promoter businesses through in-house agency Ovation amp.

The agency will also collaborate closely with TEG’s digital arm, Ovation Digital, to enhance data-led and creative campaign delivery across its portfolio of live entertainment brands.

The appointment covers key TEG divisions including TEG Live, TEG Sport, TEG Experiences, TEG Dainty, TEG Van Egmond, TEG MJR and SXSW Sydney. Together, the partnership aims to connect more fans globally to live events through iProspect’s “performance mindset” and dentsu’s innovation capabilities.

Marcelle Hoyek, National Managing Director, iProspect Australia, said: “We are so proud to partner with Ovation amp and Ticketek Entertainment Group, Australia’s home of live experiences. Ticketek Entertainment Group is known for delivering some of Australia’s best events, so we’re thrilled to bring our performance mindset to help accelerate the next phase of their business evolution.”

Larissa Best, TEG GM Marketing – Live Entertainment and Head of Ovation amp, added: “Their relentless focus on delivering business outcomes, combined with their approach to creativity, transparency and collaboration, made them the right partner for us. Above all, we value good humans who are easy to work with and willing to act as a true extension of our team, and iProspect demonstrated true collaboration and thought leadership at every stage of the process.”

The partnership marks a new chapter in TEG’s evolution as a “Fan Experience Group”, combining audience insight, digital innovation and creative excellence to drive growth for artists, venues and brands.

The win follows iProspect’s appointment as media agency of record for Bounce and its recognition on the 2025 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work List, ranking eighth in the media and marketing category. The agency also earned Gold for Workplace Culture at the 2024 Campaign Agency Awards.

Globally, iProspect ranks twelfth in the 2025 RECMA Diagnostics Report, recording the largest three-year gain in quali-share among ranked agencies. Its client roster includes eBay Australia, MYOB, Air New Zealand, William Grant & Sons, L’Oréal, Kathmandu and Kering.
