The InterEdge Summit has confirmed its inaugural partner line-up ahead of its Melbourne debut, with Prince Harry set to headline the workplace wellbeing event later this month.
The two-day summit, taking place 15–16 April, will bring together more than 18 Australian and international speakers to explore workplace wellness strategies, psychosocial safety and organisational performance.
MINI Australia, Lander & Rogers and Beyond Bank Australia have been named as major partners, alongside Be There Group and The Resilience Project.
The partners will deliver activations, content integrations and on-site engagement across the event program.
MINI Australia will provide branded coffee carts and on-site vehicle experiences, while Lander & Rogers will offer expertise in workplace relations and psychosocial risk.
Beyond Bank Australia will lead a donation-matching campaign in support of Lifeline Narrm.

Focus on leadership and psychosocial safety
The summit will centre on leadership, governance, culture and lived experience, with additional speakers including Jelena Dokic and Hugh van Cuylenburg.
Alexander Brockhoff, general manager at MINI Australia, said: “At MINI, we recognise that our greatest strength lies in our people. Participating in the InterEdge Summit allows us to join forces with leaders who share our passion for fostering workplaces where individuals feel genuinely supported and valued.
“This commitment is at the heart of how we build strong, innovative teams that not only drive our business forward but also inspire lasting positive change.”
Sally Moten, partner and practice group leader at Lander & Rogers, said: “Creating safer, more supportive workplaces is a key priority for Lander & Rogers and our clients. We’re proud to support the InterEdge Summit and to contribute to advancing the national conversation on workplace mental health and safety through practical, actionable solutions.”
Marlaina McPhillips, community development manager at Beyond Bank, said: “At Beyond Bank, we partner with organisations that work to create positive impact for our people, communities and planet. Our long-standing partnership with Lifeline Narrm is a testament to this.
“As a major partner for the InterEdge Summit, we are working to highlight how we can equip leaders with the knowledge, tools and methods to create safe and healthy practices that nurture and foster positive outcomes for all. When the people in our communities thrive, our customers, our teams, and our business thrive too.”
Industry backing builds ahead of April event
Accommodation partners include QT Melbourne, Rydges Melbourne and Pullman Hotel, while event and promotional partners include Encore, Centrepiece, SuperCurious, PS News, QMS, ÉTOILE PR and Maxfield Agency.
Carrie Leeson, chief executive officer of Lifeline Narrm and the InterEdge Summit, said the partner response reflects growing industry focus on workplace wellbeing.
“Our partners play a crucial role in shaping the delegate experience and leading by example through their established initiatives and focus on workplace wellbeing,” she said.
“Each brings a unique lens to this urgent conversation on workplace mental health and psychosocial safety, helping us to create an environment where leaders can learn, connect and take meaningful action.”
