Independent creative network DO. makes its way to the UK

The creative duo is already showing growth.

Do. agency, an independent creative network makes its way to the United Kingdom.

The agency has extended its global footprint and purchased a stake in The Elephant Room , UK-based creative agency.

The move strengthens DO.’s presence in one of the world’s most influential creative markets and gives The Elephant Room access to a broader global network and international talent.

The partnership comes as clients increasingly look for independent agencies with genuine global scale, without the structure of a traditional holding company.

A reunion more than a decade in the making

The deal also reunites a team with shared history.

The Elephant Room Founder and Managing Director Dan Saxby previously worked with DO. founders Andrew Dowling and Tom Ormes when the trio launched and scaled iris Worldwide across Asia between 2006 and 2011.

Dowling said, “The partnership with The Elephant Room is a win, win for DO. It provides our network with an established, strong and growing agency in the world’s most influential creative market, along with a mate and a team we know and trust. Most importantly our ambitions are aligned and a perfect fit for DO and our business model”.

The feeling is mutual for Saxby, who described the partnership as a natural next step.

“The Elephant Room is a creative agency built on authentic cultural connection and community collaboration, helping brands build ideas that earn trust and drive genuine engagement.

“This partnership is a huge step in our ambition to bring that unique point of view to a global stage. The opportunity to reunite with Andrew and Tom, with our shared history and mutual belief in independent creativity, was an opportunity I couldn’t miss,” he said.

A strategic expansion into London

For Ormes, the move is both strategic and personal.

“This is an exciting step for DO as we grow our creative footprint into London. The Elephant Room team have the same hunger and ambition that drive us, and on top of that, they’re just genuinely great people. Together we’re excited to create work that makes an impact on a bigger stage,” he said.

The partnership is already showing early momentum, with the combined teams recently securing opportunities with major UK brands, including Vodafone.
