Grey Goose has returned to Melbourne Park for a second year, reopening its Courtside Bar at the Australian Open with a refreshed design and expanded hospitality offering aimed at delivering a premium summer escape for tennis fans.
Positioned overlooking Court 6, the Grey Goose Courtside Bar invites guests to pause between matches, refresh with signature serves and enjoy uninterrupted views of play, combining French Riviera-inspired styling with prime courtside access.
A reimagined courtside retreat
As part of its continued partnership with the Australian Open, Grey Goose has reimagined the Courtside Bar with elevated design cues that blend French sophistication with tennis club sensibility.
The venue remains the first space at Melbourne Park to feature stadium seating attached directly to a bar, offering fans a new way to experience live tennis while enjoying curated food and beverage moments.
The refreshed layout is designed as a premium retreat where guests can step away from the crowds without stepping away from the action.
Lemon Ace leads the hero serves
The Grey Goose Lemon Ace returns as the hero cocktail for the summer.
Crafted with Grey Goose vodka, passionfruit syrup and sparkling lemonade, and garnished with a lemon ball and fresh mint, the serve is positioned as a signature of the Courtside Bar experience.
Fans can enjoy the Lemon Ace freshly mixed at the bar or in an Australian Open-exclusive ready-to-drink can, available only within Melbourne Park throughout the tournament.
Additional serves on the menu include the Grey Goose Centre Court Cooler, featuring raspberry syrup, lime and grapefruit juice, alongside classic Grey Goose, soda and lime options.
Culinary offering elevated for 2026
The food offering has also been elevated for 2026, with a French-inspired menu created by Sydney-based chef Nik Hill of Porcine Bistro.

Dishes include Leek and Lobster Quiche, Duck Liver and Foie Gras Parfait with stonefruit gelée, Camembert with brandied prunes, Truffle Honey Custard Tarts, and fresh seasonal salads, all designed to pair with Grey Goose’s signature serves and enhance the courtside indulgence.
Craft, theatre and French flair
Grey Goose Global Director of Brand Experience Joe McCanta has brought his international experience to the Courtside Bar, overseeing the execution of serves with a focus on precision and showmanship.
Staff are dressed in bespoke Ralph Lauren uniforms, completing the elevated aesthetic with a blend of French flair and classic tennis club style.

Extending the experience into AO Reserve
Beyond courtside, Grey Goose’s presence extends into Club 1905 as part of the AO Reserve program, where guests can enjoy premium views of Rod Laver Arena alongside classic Grey Goose Martinis and Espresso Martinis.
The experience includes a tableside Martini Trolley moment, with optional upgrades to Grey Goose Altius. Serves are finished with selected bitters or brines and delivered with a theatrical long pour, reinforcing the brand’s focus on ritual and refinement.
