Foxcatcher has expanded its Queensland presence, appointing experienced programmatic specialist Iuri Rusak as Programmatic Account Director in Brisbane.
This strategic hire is designed to accelerate its partnership with Ryvalmedia and expand its AI-led programmatic offering in the region.
The appointment signals a clear intent from the RyanCap-owned marketing technology business to strengthen its senior leadership bench as programmatic and data increasingly underpin agency growth strategies.
Rusak joins effective immediately and will work closely with Ryvalmedia to support its growing client base. He will deliver advanced programmatic solutions to drive measurable brand outcomes.
Strategic hire reinforces Ryvalmedia partnership and Queensland growth
Reporting to Foxcatcher General Manager Varun John, Rusak will play a central role in supporting agency expansion in Queensland while strengthening collaboration between Foxcatcher and agency teams.
John framed the appointment as part of a broader investment in senior talent.
“Iuri’s appointment reflects our continued investment in senior talent to support our agency partners. His experience across both agency and client-side roles positions him perfectly to help brands harness our programmatic capabilities to drive meaningful business growth.”
The hire underscores Foxcatcher’s strategic alignment with Ryvalmedia, reinforcing the group’s integrated media and technology model.
Programmatic expertise spans agency and client-side leadership
Rusak brings a blend of client-side and agency experience, most recently serving as Digital Marketing Channel Specialist at IAG and Optus. In these roles, he focused on programmatic channel strategy and performance execution.
He previously served as Trading Manager at Resolution, gaining expertise in large-scale trading and activation.
His experience across both advertiser and agency environments is increasingly valuable as brands seek greater transparency and AI-driven optimisation in their media investment.
Rusak said the move comes at a defining moment for the Queensland market.
“Joining Foxcatcher at such a pivotal time for the Queensland market is incredibly exciting. I’m looking forward to partnering with Ryvalmedia to act as a true accelerator for our clients’ digital ambitions. By blending advanced programmatic strategy with a commitment to education, we can help brands navigate complexity and achieve high-performance growth.”
AI and proprietary technology underpin Foxcatcher’s growth strategy
Foxcatcher positions itself as a data-driven marketing technology business. Its proprietary WorldView platform uses algorithmic trading technology to optimise programmatic planning.
The Brisbane expansion forms part of a broader push by parent company RyanCap, led by founder Simon Ryan, to scale its integrated media and technology offering nationally.
As programmatic continues to evolve from an execution channel into a strategic growth engine, Foxcatcher’s investment in senior leadership reflects the increasing importance of talent capable of translating AI and data into tangible business outcomes.
