On Fifi, Fev & Nick’s first show back after a short break, the trio have relocated to a brand new studio and announced the return of The Fox’s $100,000 Secret Sound.

The hosts of Melbourne’s 101.9 The Fox breakfast show have moved from the old location on Clarendon Street to a purpose-built location on Moray Street, South Melbourne.

Additionally, the trio announced the station will bring back The Fox’s $100,000 Secret Sound to Melbourne. The return of the station’s heritage competition will see the only thing standing in the way of one Melbournian winning this life-changing amount of cash – which is correctly guessing what’s making the sound.

101.9 The Fox has been home of the Secret Sound for decades and it has given away hundreds of thousands of dollars and money can’t buy experiences to listeners all across Melbourne. So well-known across the city, even Kath & Kim from Fountain Lakes called in to play, winning their way to The Fox’s World Famous Rooftop.

Fifi Box said, “To give one of our amazing listeners the chance to win $100,000 is an incredible prize! After what has been a tough couple of years for a lot of people in our city, in so many ways, we can’t wait to play the ultimate guessing game and hand over a life changing amount of cash.”

Co-host, Brendan ‘Fev’ Fevola, said, “The Secret Sound is my favourite game! I get so excited to give the cash away, the bosses don’t trust me to know the sound. I’ll be playing along with you, so there’s no point in asking me for sneaky clues!”

“I’m pumped to finally play the Secret Sound… unfortunately the producers wouldn’t give me the answer to the sound, even when I offered them upwards of fifty bucks!” co-host Nick Cody added.

Melbourne listeners can win 100K by listening to Melbourne’s home of the Secret Sound, 101.9 The Fox with Fifi, Fev & Nick 6-9am weekdays or via the LiSTNR app.
