Expedia Group has announced a global partnership with creative agency Beautiful Destinations, aimed at transforming how brands connect with audiences through travel marketing.
The collaboration merges Beautiful Destinations’ creator-led content capabilities with Expedia Group’s data insights, in-house creative team (E Studio), and proprietary shoppable technology. Advertising partners will be able to deploy high-quality video campaigns, from TikTok videos to Instagram Reels, that link directly to booking options across Expedia Group platforms.
Social media’s role in travel plans
The partnership comes amid increasing influence of social media on travel planning. According to Expedia Group’s 2025 Traveller Value Index, 61% of global travellers cite social platforms as their top source of travel inspiration. In Australia, 54% of travellers now turn to social media when planning trips.
