Droga5 ANZ promotes Kezia Quinn to Sydney office Principal Director

Droga5 Sydney - Kezia Quinn

Matt Michael: ‘Kezia is a phenomenal leader. Her creative drive, strategic vision, and commitment to building great work and great teams have already helped shape who we are today.’

Droga5 ANZ, part of Accenture Song, has promoted Kezia Quinn from General Manager to Principal Director of the agency’s Sydney office.

Quinn has led major accounts and integrated campaigns across Australia, the UK, and global markets. Her portfolio includes standout work for NRMA Insurance, Telstra, Qantas, the Commonwealth Bank and O2.

She joined The Monkeys (now Droga5) in 2017 and appointed General Manager in January 2022. Quinn has played a pivotal role in guiding the agency through its integration with Accenture and its transformation into Droga5 ANZ.

Under her leadership, the agency rebranded redefined its strategic positioning within Accenture Song.

Quinn’s tenure coincides with the most awarded period in the agency’s 19-year history, in which she led campaigns such as The First Digital Nation for the Government of Tuvalu, which won the Dan Wieden Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes Lions 2023, and Play It Safe for the Sydney Opera House, which took home the Film Grand Prix at Cannes Lions 2024.

She currently leads the agency’s relationship with NRMA Insurance, a flagship client for Accenture Song. The partnership spans marketing, customer experience, digital, and design – a model for end-to-end collaboration focused on driving sustainable business growth.

Quinn’s appointment underscores Droga5’s continued focus on excellence, innovation, and impact across creative, customer, and brand experience, all backed by the power of Accenture Song.

“I truly believe that we are shaping an unparalleled offering here at Droga5 and Accenture Song, and I’m honoured to be given this opportunity,” Quinn said of her promotion.

“We’re just getting started; there’s an enormous amount of energy and momentum within the agency and I look forward to leading this talented bunch of people in solving new business challenges for our clients.”

Matt Michael, Droga5 ANZ CEO and Accenture Song ANZ Marketing Practice Lead, said: “Kezia is a phenomenal leader. Her creative drive, strategic vision, and commitment to building great work and great teams have already helped shape who we are today.

“I am very pleased that she will continue to be at the forefront of our growth and evolution, bringing the best of our strong history into our next phase.”

Quinn’s promotion comes after Michael McEwan was appointed lead the agency’s Victorian base as Director of Droga5 Melbourne.

Earlier this week, the agency recently saw structure change in its creative department with the promotions of Christie Cooper and James Conner from Creative Directors to Executive Creative Directors.

Lennie Galloway, Thomas Gledhill, Max Rapley and Danny Pattison, were also promoted from Associate Creative Directors to Creative Directors – reinforcing the agency’s commitment to nurturing talent and delivering world-class creativity across the region.

Droga5 ANZ also made headlines, winning the coveted creative account of Optus after 10 years under Emotive, while stablemate Accenture Song Media won the media agency account from UM Australia.

The new structure brings two agencies under the Accenture umbrella, spanning both media and creative.

Michael called the win: “an incredible moment for us, to partner with a team and a business like Optus whose ambitions are so aligned to ours. Optus represents much of our own values – a provocateur, an innovator, a pioneer.”

Mel Fein Managing Director, Media, Accenture Song, APAC, added: “For us, Optus is a perfect and truly unique foundational partner. One that embodies the spirit of what it means to be a challenger and has the depth of talent across their marketing team to realise that ambition.

“There’s limitless potential for this partnership, with our media proposition underpinned by AI and Optus being a Technology first business.”
