DO. Agency has been appointed creative agency of record for FMCG brand Primo Foods following a competitive pitch.
The agency will work with Primo to support the growth of its brand portfolio, providing creative strategy and execution informed by its industry and audience insights.
“We’re incredibly excited to be working with Primo, an iconic Australian business with some incredible brands, led by a brilliant bunch of marketers,” said Paul Coles, Partner and Managing Director at DO. Agency “we can’t wait to partner with Susanna and the team, to continue to develop, build and grow their brands”.
Susanna Polycarpou, General Manager Marketing & Innovation at Primo Foods, added: “We were looking for an agency that could think differently, challenge us creatively, and bring fresh thinking to our brands.
“DO. were impressive across the board, as well as being a great cultural fit. Their ability to solve business problems and engage in an agile way is refreshing.”
This win for DO. reflects the agency’s original thinking and collaborative approach to brand building and creativity.
The appointment comes during a period of expansion for the agency, which has opened six offices across Asia — in Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia — and is preparing to launch a London office.
Last month, DO. Agency has appointed Simon Lockyer as its Managing Director to replace Matt Collier.
Lockyer will oversee DO. ASIA team alongside Partner and Executive Creative Director Beer Poonnootok, overseeing operations in Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Andrew Dowling, Founder and Group CEO of DO, said: “It’s never easy to replace a leader like Matt Collier, so when we discovered mid-way through a region-wide search that Simon was interested, we could not have been more excited.”
“His collective experience across marketing, advertising and tech in Asia, brings new motivation, perspective and opportunity to the table”.
