Ritchie’s appointment to the role comes after the publisher has seen significant growth in 2022

DMARGE, the Australian men’s publisher, has welcomed the appointment of Gabriel Ritchie as agency partnerships and sales manager.

Ritchie, who joins the team from New Zealand, will support the publication’s agency partnerships in Sydney and Brisbane.

Luc Wiesman, DMARGE founder and publisher, said: “We’re thrilled to have Gabe start with DMARGE. After a successful 2022, Gabe will be supporting Jo Clark with agency partnerships.

“Gabe comes with extensive sales and account management experience to ensure we’re delivering the best results for agencies,” Wiesman added.

Most recently, Ritchie was head of Sales at Public Library PR and Sales Agency in New Zealand.

In the past year, DMARGE launched its successful DMARGE House event in Sydney with IWC and Proximo, and worked with the likes of Sony, SBS on Demand and BMW Group.

Ritchie’s appointment to the role comes after the publisher has seen significant growth, with the intention of continuing to expand its sales representation.
 
Looking ahead, the publication plans to added more reader events in 2023 and expanding editorial, video and audio to reach a broad and diverse cross-section of Australian males.
 
Wiesman, a former advertising and creative professional in Melbourne, Australia, launched DMARGE in 2011. Its mission is: “to be all about what matters to men.”
 
The publication was initially launched as a platform for men’s fashion content, but it was expanded to focus on a range of aspects of men’s lives.
 
DMARGE now offers an extensive look at four key areas important to men – style, travel, money and health.
 
DMARGE maintains the highest editorial standards in bringing Australians content they can trust. The publication’s objective is to deliver insightful, relevant, and expert-backed content that can entertain and inform men all around Australia and the world.
