Dilate has acquired Mentor Marketing, a Perth-based media agency with expertise across TV, radio, out-of-home and programmatic.

The acquisition expands Dilate’s full-funnel offering, bringing brand, creative, digital and media under one agency.

“In a world of fragmented campaigns and disconnected data, this deal is about reuniting strategy, creative and media with clarity, not chaos,” said Bodie Czeladka, Founder of Dilate.

“The culture fit was immediate,” said Amanda Reid, Founder of Mentor.

“From day one, it felt like we’d found our people. Our services complement Dilate’s perfectly.

“Together we’re expanding our full-funnel capability and unlocking new opportunities for both teams and, more importantly, for our clients,” she added.

The entire Mentor team has joined Dilate, with the Mentor brand to retire from September. All client relationships and services will transition under the Dilate name.

“This is about more than growth,” said Tom Parker, Director at Dilate.

“It’s about giving clients what they’ve always needed but rarely found — one strategic partner who can deliver across the board.”

With its Fremantle headquarters and a global team of nearly 100 specialists, the acquisition aims to strengthen Dilate’s position as a top independent agency in Australia, as it combines strategy, performance, brand and media at scale.
