Healy joins the business with more than 25 years’ experience across engineering, digital transformation and large-scale platform delivery.

Expanding agentic and martech capability

Aligned with Digitas’ mission to create connected experiences that drive growth for clients, Healy will lead the agency’s technology vision and delivery across Australia.

Her remit includes scaling Digitas’ agency and machine-learning capabilities, advancing its martech and consumer technology offerings, and driving platform innovation and transformation for major brands.

The appointment signals continued investment in technology-led growth, particularly as brands increasingly look to integrate data, AI and engineering into end-to-end customer experiences.

Davy Rennie, CEO of Digitas Australia, said the move reflects the agency’s evolving technology strategy.

Healy’s past experiences

Healy joins Digitas after serving as engineering director, where she partnered across design, data and AI to deliver large-scale digital experiences.

Her career has spanned engineering leadership and delivery for household brands, with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability and ethical digital design.
