Convo Ink appoints Lena Rapley as head of sales following ongoing growth

Convo Ink has announced the appointment of Lena Rapley in the newly created role of head of sales.

Rapley’s appointment comes as the smart content marketing platform continues to drive new business growth. 

Rapley, a respected media and advertising leader, joins Convo Ink from ARN, where for more than 12 years, she held multiple leadership roles, including head of client solutions and commercial partnerships director.

Most recently, she worked as an independent sales director, she held commercial responsibility for ARN’s radio and digital strategies across Australia’s independent agencies.

As leader of Convo Ink’s national commercial team, Rapley will be responsible for cross-screen content solutions, attention analytics platform and dynamic optimisation capabilities.

In the newly created role, Rapley will nurture agency and client direct relationships, driving targeted content solutions that connect brands with customers across Australia’s leading editorial sites.

In April it launched an Australian first proprietary audience measurement metric for marketers and agencies to optimise content marketing campaigns based on attention.

Rapley’s appointment is effective immediately.
