OTIS has been appointed as the exclusive music provider for Canva’s global brand campaigns and owned events.
The move builds on a partnership that began in June 2023, during which OTIS developed Canva’s sonic identity, created music guidelines, and scored the last five brand campaigns, as well as producing audio for live events.
The first campaign under the new agreement, Put Imagination To Work, showcases everyday work heroes whose creativity comes to life through the graphic design platform’s tools, each accompanied by an original soundtrack from OTIS.

In June, Canva took a major step in its AI strategy by launching a native integration with OpenAI’s ChatGPT that allows users to tap into their Canva workspace and creative tools without leaving the chat interface.
The integration makes Canva the first design platform to embed its capabilities directly into ChatGPT. It includes two key launches: a deep research connector for ChatGPT and the Canva Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server. Together, these tools are designed to streamline design, analysis, and content generation inside AI-native workflows.
