M&C Saatchi has grown its remit with Baiada by being appointed as social agency, responsible for managing all Lilydale and Steggles social activity.

Yash Gandhi, Baiada head of marketing said, “We’re on a mission to accelerate brand growth. M&C Saatchi, as our lead creative agency is well placed to integrate social as part of their remit to give us a holistic creative solution.”

Gandhi was recently announced at sixth position in the CMO50 list for 2022. The appointment further strengthens the relationship between the agency and Baiada, having been the lead creative agency for the brand since 2009.

“Baiada are a brilliant and longstanding partner we’re proud to have created lots of great work with. So, we’re thrilled to extend that partnership and supercharge social for Steggles and Lilydale,” said Sian Cook, managing director.

The appointment by Baiada further builds on the agency’s social portfolio, having been appointed Woolworths’ paid social agency in July.

Earlier this month, M&C Saatchi Group unveiled its newly redesigned Australian headquarters, which reshapes and reconnects its entire business.

The new creative hub in central Sydney brings together, for the first time, M&C Saatchi Group’s collective of world-class specialist agencies in a space designed by Woods Bagot for collaboration and creativity.

Justin Graham, CEO of M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ, said: “The M&C Saatchi Group is all about realising the big ambitions of our clients, our people and the industry we are a part of. We have created a space that allows us to better connect around those ambitions.”

“Our redesigned Sydney headquarters does exactly this, allowing us to inspire, create and collaborate in a cutting edge environment. It is a critical step forward as the business evolves,” Graham said.
