The Australia Open begins on January 14

Stan Sport will broadcast their summer of tennis lineup, with four major tournaments building to the headline of the summer, Australian Open 2024.

Stan Sport’s summer of tennis begins with the World Tennis League (December 21 – 24), with its second season taking place over four days in Abu Dhabi. The team-based format brings together sixteen of the biggest names in tennis, drafted into the various squads to take each other on.

Stars included in the tournament include Iga Świątek (World no.1), Daniil Medvedev (World no. 3), Aryna Sabalenka (World no. 2), Andrey Rublev (World no. 5) and Elena Rybakina (World no. 4).

Then, the United Cup will be hosted out of Sydney and Perth (December 29 – January 7) and will feature a team-based structure, highlighting eighteen of the top tennis nations. The main names taking part include the best male and female players in the game – Novak Djokovic and Iga Świątek.

The Brisbane International will also take place at the same time and will boast nine former Grand Slam singles champions in its draw, headlined by Rafael Nadal, who had taken most of 2023 off while recovering from injury. Naomi Osaka will also take part after taking an extended break, while Aryna Sabalenka, Elena Rybakina, Holger Rune and Grigor Dimitrov are set to make an appearance.

After the Brisbane International, the Adelaide International (January 8-13) will play host to rising stars including Elena Rybakina and Caroline Garcia as well as a few Aussie favourites, such as Alexei Popyrin, Ajla Tomljanovic and Thanasi Kokkinakis.

The lineup of summer tennis will end with the headline act, as the main stars of the tennis world will make their way to Melbourne for the Australian Open 2024 (January 14 – 28).

In the men’s draw, all eyes will be on the confrontation between the top two men’s players in the world, Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alzaraz. In the women’s draw, Aryna Sabalenka inches closer to world no. 1 rival Iga Świątek.

Every match of the World Tennis League, United Cup, Brisbane International, Adelaide International and Australian Open 2024 will be live on Stan Sport throughout the summer.
