Nguyen steps up as group business director, alongside Eloy as group digital director

Alchemy One has announced the promotions of Huong Nguyen to group business director and Aline Eloy to group digital director following a bumper 12 months for the agency.

Nguyen and Eloy’s promotions come on the back of recent senior appointments, including Sarah Kent as business director and Jeremy Chaker as digital director.

Nguyen, formerly in the role of business director, has been an incredible asset in the agency’s growth since joining the agency almost two years ago.

Prior to coming on board at Alchemy One, Nguyen spent six years at Mediacom in the UK, where she led client business growth through the delivery of best in class strategic thinking for clients including Mars Confectionery UK, TUI, AkzoNobel and PSA Groupe. She has also held positions at TMS Australia, HYLAND Media and ZenithOptimedia Australia.

Eloy, promoted from the role of digital director, has been key to the growth of the agencies digital product for two and a half years. Prior to joining Alchemy One, Eloy was most recently Programmatic & AdOps Director at Atomic 212 where was responsible for leading and growing the team.

Eloy has experience across a variety of clients in FMCG, auto, finance, insurance, essential services and tourism including NT Tourism, Woolworths, Mortgage Choice, Visa and Peugeot. She has also held positions at Carat and Dentsu Aegis Network.

Alchemy One’s clients include Bank Australia, Square, Westfund Health Insurance, Vialto Partners, Independent Living Assessment, QuiteLike, Australian Conservation Foundation and Biennale of Sydney.

Both appointments are effective immediately.
