AI-first strategy sees NP Digital Australia land 22 new clients

The company has seen a 25% revenue lift.

NP Digital Australia has recorded its strongest performance to date, securing 22 new clients in the second half of 2025 and lifting revenue by more than 25% year-on-year – a milestone moment for the local arm of the global performance marketing agency founded by Neil Patel.

The growth reflects both a commercial inflection point for the business and a broader shift across the marketing industry, as brands move away from channel silos and toward AI-powered, performance-accountable digital strategies.

New clients span logistics, FMCG, finance and retail, with wins including Soudal, Morgans Financial Advisors, Summit Sport, and Beserk.

More than 70% of new engagements are multi-year, multi-channel retainers, many of which extend across Australia, APAC and international markets.

A pivot toward performance accountability

According to Managing Director Guy Jarvie, the agency’s growth is being driven less by volume and more by depth – with clients increasingly seeking long-term partners who can connect data, content, media and conversion under a single performance framework.

“A key driver of this growth has been our relentless focus on performance accountability,” Jarvie said.

“We have sharpened our value proposition around an AI-first digital strategy, which has resonated with brands looking to grow strategically through data-driven approaches.”

That accountability lens is also reshaping how clients think about search, content and paid media – not as discrete functions, but as connected levers across the full funnel.

AI moves from promise to practice

Central to NP Digital’s momentum is its early investment in AI-driven SEO frameworks and structured data readiness, alongside the direct integration of its proprietary platforms, Ubersuggest and AnswerThePublic, into client workflows.

These tools are now embedded across keyword discovery, content planning, competitive analysis, and insight automation, enabling faster testing cycles and more adaptive campaigns.

“Brands are increasingly turning to us to navigate zero-click search trends and automate insight generation,” Jarvie said.

“Clients are seeking partners who can respond to market disruption with faster go-to-market execution, and our ability to simplify full funnel execution is playing directly to that need.”

The majority of new clients have engaged NP Digital across AI search strategy, SEO, paid media and conversion rate optimisation, with programs often managed as integrated, cross-channel ecosystems spanning content, analytics and performance media.

Scaling for the next phase

To support rising demand, NP Digital is expanding its leadership and operational bench.

The agency has appointed Max Hart as Paid Media Director, strengthening its regional growth ambitions, while additional hiring is underway across SEO, paid media and strategy.

It is also building a new Performance Innovation team, tasked with accelerating the agency’s AI-led testing, automation and conversion optimisation roadmap ahead of 2026.

Where growth is heading

Looking ahead, NP Digital is targeting expansion across high-growth categories where digital transformation and performance marketing increasingly converge, including fintech, health, retail, education, and B2B services.

For Jarvie, the message is simple: performance is no longer a department. It is the operating system.

And for NP Digital Australia, that shift is proving to be both a commercial engine – and a competitive advantage.
