Business growth consultancy 24 Hour Business Plan (24HRBP) has appointed industry leader Mark Coad as Partner and Senior Advisor.
In his previous outing, Coad was made redundant in the shake-up following Omnicom’s adoption of Interpublic Group, alongside Leigh Terry, in December.

CEO Jeff Howard gone after SCA and SWM merger
Southern Cross Media Group (SCA) Chief Executive Officer Jeff Howard has stepped down, as the newly constituted board moves to “accelerate the delivery of its strategy” following the completion of its merger with Seven West Media (SWM).
The decision is effective immediately.

Amanda Quested joins Untangld as Managing Director
International strategy studio Untangld has appointed Amanda Quested as managing director, marking a significant senior hire as the firm doubles down on its evidence-led, senior-driven strategy model.

7.30 national affairs reporter Michael Rowland is stepping down from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), ending a 39-year career with the public broadcaster.
Rowland has been a fixture of the ABC’s political and international coverage, reporting from Parliament House, Washington and, more recently, the News Breakfast desk.
