FOREX joins Emergency Action Alliance as new partner

The network has helped raise millions of dollars for humanitarian relief across natural disasters.

Global financial services firm StoneX Group, through its retail division FOREX.com, has joined the Emergency Action Alliance (EAA) Rapid Response Network, a collective of media and corporate partners dedicated to mobilising swift public support during global humanitarian crises.

In addition, FOREX.com strengthens a coalition that already includes major media partners ABC, SBS, and the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA), expanding the network’s ability to reach Australians when disasters strike.

Strengthening rapid response

The Rapid Response Network plays a vital role in amplifying EAA’s emergency fundraising appeals through trusted media and digital channels, ensuring Australians can respond quickly and effectively to urgent global needs.

EAA Executive Director Kerren Morris said StoneX’s participation reflects a growing culture of corporate social responsibility among Australian and international businesses.
“We are thrilled to welcome StoneX to our Rapid Response Network,” said Morris.

“Their commitment to global responsibility and community engagement aligns perfectly with our mission to unite Australians in times of crisis. Together with our media partners, we’re building a powerful platform for compassion and action.”

With the backing of FOREX.com and other network members, EAA aims to further expand its reach and impact, particularly during large-scale emergencies where coordinated communication can help save lives.

Collaboration with purpose

Lucik Li, Head of Retail Australia at StoneX, said the company was proud to contribute to a network that directly supports communities affected by disaster.

“At StoneX, we believe in using our platform to make a difference,” said Li.

“Joining EAA’s Rapid Response Network is a meaningful way for us to support communities affected by emergencies and help Australians respond with generosity and urgency.”

The partnership reflects StoneX’s broader focus on social impact and aligns with FOREX.com’s global brand values of transparency, responsibility, and empowerment.

The EAA Rapid Response Network has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars for humanitarian relief across natural disasters, conflict zones, and refugee emergencies.

The addition of StoneX marks an important milestone in strengthening the alliance’s collaborative efforts across the corporate and media landscape.

Through this partnership, Australians will continue to receive credible, timely information about how and where to contribute when global crises unfold.
