24HRBP expands into the UK with London launch

The UK operation will be led by Guy Wieynk and Nick Constantinou, as co-founders and senior advisors.

Australian-founded business growth consultancy 24 Hour Business Plan (24HRBP) has expanded its global footprint, launching a new office in London.

The move boosts 24HRBP’s presence across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Singapore and now the UK, marking a further step in its international ambitions.

Founder comments

Founder Andrew “Billy” Baxter said the London launch is a direct response to increased demand from UK and European-based clients.

“Our international expansion into London is in direct response to market demand and a growing roster of UK and European-based clients who want access to the business’s innovative advisory approach,” Baxter said.

The UK operation will be led by Guy Wieynk and Nick Constantinou, who will serve as Co-Founders and Senior Advisors.

Both bring decades of experience in senior executive roles across creative, digital and business transformation sectors.

Baxter described the appointments as a strong foundation for the consultancy’s European expansion.

“Guy and Nick collectively bring more than 45 years’ experience in leading high growth organisations to success. I am thrilled with the calibre of the UK’s founding team and what their combined skills bring to the European market, and I am confident they will build something truly different in this region.”

Wieynk and Constantinou’s past experience

Wieynk brings more than 25 years of C-suite experience, having established eight global studios at AKQA and served as European CEO of Publicis Worldwide and Global CEO of AnalogFolk.

He has led agency-to-platform transitions and currently acts as a board advisor and investor across ventures including Untold Fable and Otomo.

Constantinou adds more than 20 years’ experience in digital transformation, previously leading creative agencies and consultancies focused on helping brands navigate digital change.

During his time at AKQA, he led offices to more than £40 million in revenue and delivered work for brands including Xbox, T-Mobile, Nike and Coca-Cola.

His career includes business turnarounds, scaling consultancies and building digital platforms serving more than 10 million customers.

Wieynk said the firm’s model addresses a common gap in major business transitions.

“Most businesses lose 12-18 months during major transitions because they lack strategic clarity upfront,” he said. “We’ve seen this from every angle – as operators, investors, and board members. Our framework prevents these expensive delays by delivering complete strategic alignment in 24 hours, not traditional timelines. We’ve now validated this across 200+ businesses in 14 countries, and we’re bringing that proven methodology to the UK.”

Constantinou added that the consultancy’s focus extends beyond strategy alone.

“Strategy without execution is just expensive wallpaper. We’ve built a process that delivers both – complete clarity on where you’re going and total alignment on how to get there. That’s why 85% of our clients grow in year one, with average revenue growth of 24%.”

A global model, locally delivered

The UK launch formalises 24HRBP’s presence in Europe, positioning the consultancy closer to multinational clients navigating growth, transformation and operational shifts.

With the London office now operational, 24HRBP’s leadership team will look to replicate the model it says has already been validated across more than 200 businesses in 14 countries.
