2025 | Mediaweek 100

Welcome to the Mediaweek 100, 2025

Returning on Friday, 24 October 2025, the Mediaweek 100 – the media industry’s premier annual event – will celebrate the Mediaweek 100 and Media Agency 50 at the annual lunch at Crown Sydney.

This flagship event recognises the leaders at the top of their game and the teams driving success in Australia’s leading media companies.

Our celebration attracts the industry’s most influential figures as we honour the immense talent in Australia’s media, marketing and agency industries.

What’s new in 2025?

This year, the Mediaweek 100 unveils a bold new format: five-themed lists, each spotlighting 20 influential leaders. The refreshed structure broadens industry representation and celebrates the diverse ways power and impact show up across the media landscape.

The Media Agency 50 also undergoes an exciting evolution, with new criteria ensuring merit, ingenuity and impact are valued. This year, it will be compiled with input from an industry advisory board.

Submitting an entry is your chance to showcase the achievements and impact that might not always get the spotlight.

Your submission helps ensure your work is part of the conversation when we shape this year’s list. Don’t miss the chance to have your leadership celebrated by the industry.

The Media Agency 50 also returns in a reimagined form, now judged on merit rather than scale. Guided by a new advisory panel, the updated criteria ensure leaders from both major holding groups and independent agencies are recognised for their creativity, innovation, and measurable impact.

Submissions are encouraged for all categories, offering valuable insight into an individual’s achievements to support the editorial team’s review.
