Social Transformation company 1000heads has fortified its APAC leadership team with the promotion of Lena Habkouk to Brand and Creator Experience Director and the appointment of Daniella Brenner as Social Strategy Director.
Habkouk will report to Rob Ford, Managing Director APAC, while Brenner will report to Michelle Braslin, Client Services Director APAC. Both roles are taking immediate effect.
Elevating creator and brand experience
In her new role, Habkouk will lead the APAC relationship team, overseeing thousands of creators and the company’s “custom physical” division, which focuses on experiential activations and brand events.
With more than 15 years of experience in digital strategy, influencer marketing, and brand development, Habkouk has played a crucial role in 1000heads’ regional growth, delivering major campaigns for Google, Amazon, and UNIQLO.
Her main aim will be on building creator ecosystems that blend data-driven insights with editorial storytelling, ensuring brands connect authentically with communities.

Driving strategy across APAC
Joining as Social Strategy Director, Brenner will lead the agency’s strategy and insights function across the region. She brings experience from leading award-winning campaigns for Lidl GB and a portfolio across retail, FMCG, fitness, and technology.
But most recently, Brenner headed the Social and Influencer department at Hello, where she drove creator partnerships and social-first storytelling.
